“Gail was always quick with a smile, had a contagious laugh, and was an excellent Frisbee player and all around athlete. She was also very lucky. I think she made her own good luck. One time she and I went to a Christmas party and she won three of the five door prizes!”
“As I think back on my mom’s life, I am amazed at the person she was and the lasting impression she has had on my life. Although she endured many difficulties, she worked hard to ensure that we had the experiences and opportunities that would help us make to a difference in this world. I feel so blessed to have had such a wonderful mother and I strive each day to leave the same lasting legacy with my own children.
"I remember the growing smile on Gail’s face as she held her son. It moved me to tears. Gail was always a wonderful, natural mother. That beaming smile and the fact that she fit back in her jeans within a month, will be etched in my memory bank forever.”
“I recall during our camping trips with the Boledovich family, I was so impressed by what a wonderful Mother Gail was. She was a natural even at her young age. I can see her smile and hear her voice to this day. She will always remain young, beautiful, and full of life in my eyes. Forever the loving, young mother at the beach.”
“My memories are filled with her incredible talent of mothering, a smile that could always turn the mood to laughter, and her stunning creative ability at a moment’s notice. My memories are rich with the lessons your Mom taught me. I will always love her for teaching me the magic of children.”
“I remember her brilliant creation of Alpha Pals, an alphabet learning concept for children. Her passion, her amazing talent, her creativity, and her determination were all rolled into one with this amazing work of art.”
"Gail had so much energy!! There was always a project, event, or contest going on. She was the best Mom. She treasured every stage Paul, Lisa, Trisha, and Julie were at - she knew they’d grow up fast. I enjoyed coming over to see what she was up to, what surprises she was planning for her family.”
"When I gave birth to my first child, there was a lot of hoopla. When I gave birth to my second child, people sent cards but it was a far cry from the birth of my first-born. No one really went out of their way, except Gail. She surprised me with dinner, an outfit, and flowers she had cut from her garden. She understood that giving a child a sibling is the greatest gift and was truly happy for me that I had added to my family."
“I spent a great deal of my childhood years with the Boledovich family. One thing that sticks out in my mind was Gail’s love for the holidays. I remember how much she loved to decorate the house at Christmas time. Since this was also one of my favorite activities, I loved it when she would let us kids help out. Gail always made me feel like part of the family.”
“Our house was always filled with plenty of laughter and joy, and my mom was the pulse. She had an energy about her that was absolutely contagious. We were never bored and always felt loved. My mom was an extraordinary woman. There was no one else like her on the planet, and no one I’d rather have as a mother. She inspired our creativity, taught us to be lifelong learners, and truly believed that we could do ANYTHING we put our minds to.”
“For all she went through, 99.9% of the time she was smiling that beautiful smile of hers. I miss her deeply and look forward to seeing her again some sweet day."
